At Chairus, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home seating purchase. If your new furniture doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Item
Carefully disassemble the furniture and pack it back into its original manufacturer packaging to ensure the item remains protected during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
